Stratus Insight is a comprehensive electronic flight bag (EFB) suite designed for pilots, offering a range of essential features. It includes AHRS with synthetic vision, TAWS, VFR sectional maps, IFR low/high charts, and geo-referenced approach plates.

Additionally, Stratus Insight goes beyond just being an EFB and provides the following features:

<ul>
 <li>Radio Transcription & Playback: Stratus Insight incorporates a sophisticated speech recognition system within the app. When used with the Stratus Audio Cable, the ATC Radio Transcription feature functions similarly to visual voicemail. It converts ATC communications into text, enabling pilots to easily reference previous audio clips without the need for written notes.</li>
 
 <li>Vertical Weather Profile: The Vertical Weather Profile allows pilots to preview the weather conditions along their route from departure to destination for up to eight days in advance. It takes into account departure time, aircraft speed, and each intermediate airport.</li>
 
 <li>Smart Flight Plan: In the event of things like TFR or weather-related route changes, the Smart Flight Plan tool takes into consideration factors such as fuel stops and day/night currency to assist pilots in planning alternative routes.</li>
 
 <li>Radar Forecast: With Radar Forecast, you can access long-term weather radar simulations for up to three days in advance. It also allows you to fast forward the weather radar display in one-hour increments.</li>
 
 <li>Stratus Audio Cable: To enable the radio transcription and playback feature, you will need to purchase the Stratus Audio Cable for $49.99 from the Appareo web store.</li>
 
 <li>Seamless Integration with Stratus: Stratus Insight seamlessly integrates with all generations of Stratus receivers. These receivers provide WAAS GPS, AHRS, in-flight weather, and ADS-B traffic, enhancing the overall user experience.</li>
 
 <li>Apple Watch: Leveraging HealthKit, Stratus Insight can detect hypoxia-like symptoms for pilot health monitoring. It also offers convenient features such as nearby airport weather watch faces and weather radar on the Apple Watch.</li>
